Animation & Dubbing Work

"Tayo the Little Bus" is a Korean-made hit television series ideal for kids around ages 3-6. It's known for its likeable characters and thoughtful lessons on kindness, persistence, friendship and more!
In season 7 of the English dub, I play over a dozen named characters including Frank the calm, reliable firetruck, Iracha the anxious, rapping big rig, Tug the jovial airport freight carrier, and the valiant, fictional superhero Guardian X.

"Los Colorado" is a modern reimagining of the Mexican classic "El Chapulín Colorado" that tickles the funny bone for children 6-12 and nostalgic fans of all ages.
I play a gruff-voiced sidekick who's missing a few screws, a lovestruck, slightly drawling booger boy, a hyperactive, tongue-tied villain, and others hilarious characters across Seasons 1 & 2 of the show's English dub.

In today's tumultuous world, equipping children & teens with proper mental health resources is more important than ever. The Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (CBHA) created courses & companion eLearnings to help guide school-aged kids through a variety of situations with symptom recognition, management strategies, and support options for longer term help.
I was honored to provide voiceover for both narration and numerous characters throughout this series.
I have also narrated multiple K-12 eLearnings & textbook companions for the following companies

In true Minions fashion, the Illumination Studio's mascot followed up their original Fart Blaster toy with an updated Fart Blaster Pro for the 2026 "Minions & Monsters" movie. Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQs)
How would you describe your voice? How is it a good fit for kid's media?
My natural speaking voice is a smooth, young adult (early 20s) baritone with less low end or resonance than other similar voice types. When I'm happy and relaxed, I sound very warm and welcoming. I'm the least threatening person you will ever meet. This has served me incredibly well for roles such as the friendly mentor (Frank in Tayo the Little Bus), the teacher or narrator (multiple K-12 eLearnings), and the kind-hearted supporting player (Prince Satyavan in Circle Round) When I'm more subdued, I have what many have described as a "monotone affect." One friend even told me I sometimes sound "like Squidward if he actually cared." This dry affect, with a little added nasality, was perfect for a Dooro Bear character where I played a grumpy radish/daikon whose walls start to break down once the main character extends a hand of friendship. And like many actors for heightened character work, I love adopting different types of voice prints when given the chance! One of my favorite characters to play in Tayo is the slightly rebellious troublemaker Shine, the red sports car. I make use of my higher timbre, nasal, and whiny teenage voice to support that rambunctious personality. Meanwhile, I've embodied a classic, Saturday morning cartoon style superhero (Guardian X in Tayo) and a large, friendly polar bear (Poby in Pororo the Little Penguin), both with a voice that's more resonant, projected, and deeper pitched. I use more power and punch for Guardian X and a more relaxed and slightly swallowed sounding delivery for Poby. If you have a character type in mind and are not sure whether I'd be a good fit, I'd love to chat and possibly audition for you to let you judge for yourself!
What got you into working in children's media?
For starters, it was some of the work I booked most consistently! I quickly realized that my young adult-sounding voice print, naturally amiable affect, and willingness to have fun and let loose were tremendous assets for kids media. After my daughter was born, I became even more drawn to working on projects for younger audiences. Getting to see my kid's wide-eyed expression and smile while I read her bedtime stories (character voices included!) reminds me of the wonder I felt as a child reading certain books or watching certain shows for the first time. I love the idea of getting to create some of that narrative magic not only for her, but for many other kids through my performances.
Is there any kind of work you won't do in the kid's space?
Respectfully, I'd prefer to not work on any content that promotes certain religious views. Projects of a more academic nature (religious history, comparative religion, etc.) are more okay with me, but I tend to stay away from actually promoting one faith's doctrine over another.
What kinds of entertainment did you enjoy as a kid?
I'm a child of the 90s and early 2000s. I loved watching "Hey Arnold!," "The Fairly Oddparents," "Pokemon," and "Yu-gi-oh!" to name a few. The first animated movie I ever remember seeing was the original "Aladdin" in 1992. Robin Williams's portrayal as the genie remains one of my favorite ever voice acting performances!
Do you sing?
Yes! I’ve been singing for over 15 years, have a master’s degree in music technology, and have done a ton of work performing with and recording for various a cappella group projects since my undergraduate days. Most importantly, I’m well practiced in singing “Baby Beluga” to my daughter on loop. You can check out my singing reel in the relevant section of my website if you'd like to hear a bit.
I have more questions. How should I reach out?
See the contact page on my website for the best way to reach me! I'm happy to answer questions with absolutely no obligation to work on a project together. My goal is to be a valuable partner that can solve a need, not to hustle you out of your VO budget ;)
